What can I send in?
You can ship us any material containing solid Silver (as long as it’s not silver plated). That includes used, unwanted or broken Sterling Silver Jewelry, Silver Coins, Silverware, Silver bars .999, Ingots, Sterling Silver Flatware, Sterling Silver Tea Sets, Sterling Silver Serving Pieces, Silver Flake, Silver Paint, Silver Sludge, Silver Epoxy, Silver Solder and anything else you have that may contain Silver. If you’re not sure of something, either mail it to us and let our experts make the determination or give us a call and we may be able to help you over the phone.

Do you purchase Silver Plated Items?

No. We do not purchase silver plated items, please do not send silver plated items.

How do I know whether or not what I have is Silver or Sterling Silver?

Real silver typically has a “hallmark.” Search for a marking that reads either “925” or “800” or “Sterling” or “SS” (you may need a magnifying glass). If your material doesn’t have any of these markings but you think it may contain silver, send it in and let our experts take a look at it. As long as it is not silver plated, we can make you an offer for it.

Do you purchase broken or cracked material?

Yes. As long as it’s comprised of silver we will pay you for it. The material’s value is based on its weight and purity and market price on the day it is received — not it’s condition.

Where is my material going and how long will it take to get there?

The material takes FedEx approximately 2-5 business days to deliver to our facility depending upon where you live in North America. However, once it arrives, our experts will immediately appraise your items and send you an offer electronically within 24 hours.

If your offer does not meet my expectations, will it cost me anything to get my material back?

Absolutely not. This is a zero-risk, no obligation appraisal. If you decline our offer we’ll return your item(s) to you free of charge without any hassle.

What forms of payment do you offer?

Currently we offer instant payments via direct deposit, PayPal, virtual credit card, print-at-home check or if you prefer you can receive a check via USPS or FedE overnight shipping. And bank wires for offers over $30,000.00.

How do I know my material is safe and secure? What about when it gets to your facility?

All all of our shipments are automatically insured up to $5,000.00 USD (additional insurance up to $100,000.00 is available prior to shipping). You can also track your shipment each step of the way online throughout the process. Once your shipment arrives it is monitored by closed-circuit security cameras.
